Email open rate is the percentage of people who opened your email. If someone doesn’t open your email, there are zero chances of engaging with your content and brand. Firstly, please check if the emails are send in your spam folder. At other times, your hosting provider (or SMTP provider) can require you to configure the FROM email address of your form to be one on your account. For instance, if example.com is your domain, then set the FROM email address to something like sales@example.com. If you need to use the SMTP option (if your host has limited access to the regular PHP email method), please refer to the installation page for information. Finally, verify that PHP is running on the Web server where the form is being run.
